For over 30 years, I have dedicated my life to working with the special needs community, collaborating with both private and public schools across Mercer County that offer special education programs.

In addition to my work with schools, I have partnered closely with respected non-profit organizations such as Special Olympics of NJ and POAC Autism Services. These experiences have reinforced my belief in the power of community service, giving back, and advocating for families and children with special needs.

Through my work, I’ve encountered many families who face heartbreaking barriers—whether it’s the lack of programs that accommodate their children’s needs, recreational facilities that won’t accept them, or the overwhelming costs of participation.

These challenges motivated me to create a solution: **We Care Special Sports**. This non-profit was born from my deep passion to ensure that all children and young adults, regardless of their abilities, have access to inclusive, affordable recreational programs.
